VERACRUZ WEEK
Hispanic Heritage Month
Thurs. Oct. 14 through Sat. Oct. 16, 2021
Join us as we celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month throughout October. Each week we will honor a region within Mexico and feature a unique menu highlighting the ingredients and flavors that showcases Mexico’s diverse cuisine.
This week we are honoring Veracruz. Home to the famous song “La Bamba” and where seafood reigns supreme - especially red snapper and shrimp. Our cuisine reflects the Indigenous culture as well as outside influences that have come through the state through the prominent port of Veracruz.
