Join us as we celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month throughout October. Each week we will honor a region within Mexico and feature a unique menu highlighting the ingredients and flavors that showcases Mexico’s diverse cuisine.

 

This week we are honoring Oaxaca. Champions of Mole, Oaxaca cheese and Mezcal tequila. Chocolate also plays an important role in its cuisine both in Mole and in its desserts and drinks.

First Course
