Job Responsibilities include but is not limited to the following:

- Responsible for cleaning, washing & sanitizing all ware that require repetitive
use in the restaurant. Assist with dish plating if necessary.
- Meet quality standards, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the work areas and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards.
- Properly label and date all products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation.
- Able to maintain a high-output pace throughout shift so as to not fall behind on and any all Wares.
- Maintain accurate chemical level in dishwasher at all times while informing management of restocking needs to prevent product shortages.
- Notifies chef on duty at the end of shift to inspect completion of work and workstation revision.

Job Requirements:

- Candidates must be able to communicate in English - second language is a plus.
- 1 + year experience in a similar role; preferably in a high volume, fast paced restaurant.
- Candidate must exhibit extensive sanitation knowledge and the ability to be self-motivated.
- Requires the ability to work organized and within a team environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure, remains calm and resolves problems using a good judgement.
- Must possess the ability to prioritize and organize
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required for this position at all times.
- Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Requires a valid ServSafe card prior to commencement.
