Hispanic Heritage Month

Join us as we celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month throughout October. Each week we will honor a region within Mexico and feature a unique menu highlighting the ingredients and flavors that showcases Mexico’s diverse cuisine.

 

This week we are honoring Jalisco - the birthplace of Mariachi, Tequila and so much more. You’ll instantly recognize the flavors and ingredients this week as “Jalisco is Mexico.”

First Course

Green Pozole

Hominy & pumpkinseed purée soup, chanterelle mushroom, radish, cabbage, onion, cilantro

Second Course

Torta Ahogada

Pork carnitas, melted cheese, mild tomato salsa poured over

Third Course

Barbacoa

Ancho braised lamb shoulder, consommé, diced white onion, cilantro, lime

Dessert Course

Jericalla

Crème brulée meets flan, thin orange cookies

Vegetarian and fish substitutions available on request.
